OhMy has gone from a company that didn’t have an employee to one that has over a million employees worldwide.
OhMY’s success has come about largely thanks to a team of engineers, designers, marketers, sales, finance and marketing folks who have built a business around building a platform that makes it easier for companies to sell their services and provide a new service.
We spoke with three of these people to find out more about the company and its culture, and what the future holds for the world of online marketing and online advertising.
The Story So Far OhMy’s founder, John Chen, and co-founder, Alex Chen, were born in Taiwan and moved to the United Kingdom in 2009.
At the time, Chen was working in finance and technology, and he wanted to work in a way that was closer to his home, where he’d never been before.
“I wanted to be able to work for a company where I could learn how to do things from the ground up,” Chen said.
“I knew I wanted to make the most of the opportunities that came my way.
I wanted them to be interesting, because I knew that would be really important to me.”
Chen started working at OhMy in 2009 and quickly grew into a successful software engineer.
He joined the company in 2011 and started the marketing team.
Ohmy’s marketing team had a huge influence on Chen and the company, and Chen was constantly looking to expand the company.
“OhMy really became a company in the sense that I was able to do more than just market,” he said.
But there was a lot more to OhMy than just marketing.
The company also has a very strong presence in the online advertising industry.
In addition to being the largest online ad platform in the world, OhMy also has offices in Canada, Japan and the United Arab Emirates.
And in 2017, OhMY launched a platform called WotC, which it said had over 1 million active users worldwide.
WotC is a platform where brands can create and manage campaigns.

OhMys business model was built around its ad-based advertising platform, and the platform also allowed OhMy to sell ads in the form of stickers.
Chen, who joined OhMy from the tech world at a young age, wanted to create a platform to allow businesses to grow.
So he started building the brand OhMy into an online advertising platform.
“We built the platform and built it into a business, and that’s how we became successful,” he explained.
“We had a successful business model, but I wanted the platform to continue to grow.”
In 2017, the company was able help a variety of clients build campaigns for clients, such as fashion brands and tech companies.
“It’s all about the customer,” said Chen.
“And that’s where our core values come from.”
Cai Chen’s core values include giving back, being open and transparent and being responsible for the future.
Cai is also passionate about education.
He said that, in his time at OhMY, he learned a lot about the benefits of openness and transparency, as well as the importance of being responsible.
He was also inspired by the fact that, as a young person, he didn’t get a lot of opportunities to learn.
“That was one of the things that I noticed is that a lot young people have an opportunity to do a lot without actually knowing much about it, and it’s something that’s important to educate people,” he told us.
“That’s one of our core philosophies.”
Cain said that OhMy was also a startup that was able do a variety to make money.
“In a way, we didn’t need to do anything,” he added.
“There were so many other companies out there that were doing it, so it was easier to get into it.
And the biggest advantage for me is that I know how to get started.”
Cani Chen is passionate about creating a platform for young entrepreneurs.
He told us that, because of OhMy, he became an entrepreneur.
Cai Chen is also very passionate about teaching.
“So, for us, education is not just about making money,” he stated.
“Education is about creating good people who can work for you, and make you better.
That’s the way it should be.”
